RV'ing in Massachusetts
When we left Maine we went to Boston. We parked the RV at
Minuteman Campground. The next day we went to downtown Boston. We couldn't bring Jake
so he had to stay in the kennel. But we took the subway into downtown Boston.
This was my first time on the subway. It was loud and crowded on rush hours. We
got off the subway at Park Street station. We went into Boston Common Park. Then we
walked most of the Freedom Trail. We also went into Paul Revere's House. It
looked old and dark in the first room. The next day we went to the Boston Museum
of Science. In the planetarium we saw the show Supernova. It was a cool show.
The next show was Antarctica. It was good at the beginning of the movie but
boring in the middle and end. They also had a life sized model of the Naboo
Starfighter from the Star Wars movie. The Gift Shop had a lot of stuff that I liked but I could not
get anything.
After Boston we went to the town of Williamstown in
north-western Massachusetts. We went there to go see my Uncle David. We spent a
lot of time here. We went hiking a lot of times so it hurt my feet. We
went to Albany to get my dad's laptop fixed. When we drove up Mt. Greylock
which is the highest mountain in Massachusetts, it
was Freezing. It is 3495 feet high and it had the best view I've ever seen. It looked like
wallpaper. At the top was a lookout tower which we climbed.
